Ph.D. Kornelia Kwiecińska graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Wrocław (specializing in Environmental Chemistry) and doctoral studies of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the University of Wrocław. She works for the Environmental Risk Management and Ecosystems Monitoring Centre at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. She is also a member of Eko-Biegły Association (Eco-Expert Association). Author of projects devoted to green infrastructure (such as: vegetative environmental buffers, among others for IPPC installations emitting odors, solutions for green roofs technology and other biologically active surfaces in the city, issues related to adaptation to climate change), studies for the purpose of industry, environmental reports, and environmental engineering expert opinions. Ph.D. Kornelia Kwiecińska participated in national and foreign projects by Climate KIC Association. She also works as a court expert in the field of environmental protection. Recently, among others, she carries out tasks within "Demonstrating innovative nature-based solutions in cities" project, included in the Programme Horizon 2020.
