 SDGs Partnership  "Eco-City. Good Practice Guide" was presented in the French Pavillion during the COP24 international climate conference.  UNEP  Exactly three years after the Paris Agreement was adopted by all 195 countries (COP21, 12 December 2015), ministers for the environment from a group of developed and developing countries known as "High Ambition Coalition"that gathered in the European Pavilion, issued a statement calling to the highest possible ambition in the ongoing climate negotiations.  UNEP  Within a few days during the course of the climate summit in Katowice (COP24), the United Nations Environment Programme presented two new publications reporting the discrepancies between the values assumed three years ego (at the COP21), and the current data, collected in between 2017/2018 in relation to our adaptation to climate change, and on the greenhouse gas emissions. Why do I have to optimise my company publication format? How to close the loop in e-commerce and other services? How to use an eco-calculator? These are the exemplary questions that among others were asked at a recent workshops in the "Circular Economy – Closing the Loop!" cycle. The UNEP/GRID-Warsaw Centre organised this meeting in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Poland, and Antalis Poland. The host of the meeting was Carrefour Polska. Get more »
